How Is The U.S. Intelligence Community Able To Collect Its Brain Fingerprinting Information On American Citizens?
To those who have been illegally targeted and tracked by government satellite within their own respective nations, the question which continues to be of most interest is in regard to how these governments are able to track individual citizens.
And while the general populations in our countries remain unaware that such technology exists, there are literally thousands of citizens who know from their own personal experiences as targets of this technology, that it is possible for a signals intelligence weaponized satellite to track individual citizens based on the biological characteristics of their own bodies; satellites which can be used to remotely torture and even murder these people.
So given that our governments are remotely tracking these citizens by homing in on the body's unique EMF signatures, what method of collection is being used to initially obtain these EMF signatures?
The testimony from former NSA employee John St. Clair Akwei describes an array of very sophisticated spy technology which Akwei has claimed can track the unique bioelectric resonance/entrainment frequencies of each American citizen's brain.
However, in order for the NSA to be able to accomplish this, the agency must be able to correlate these frequencies with each person. A form of brain fingerprinting.
Consider the following scenario in regard to what may be a plausible way in which our governments can both track each American citizen by way of remote means, and also use them for non consensual human experimentation without the knowledge of these citizens, by establishing two way computer to brain interface with these persons.
It has long been known by many Americans, that the ideologies propagated by the Tavistock Institute in London, England have become the basis for much of the training which takes place within the U.S. Military-Industrial-Intelligence complex, as well as the educational system in America.
In understanding this, one may also conclude that such indoctrination has been used in which to secretly force the American people into blindly accepting certain doctrine, while they are used to promulgate these beliefs throughout society.
Those citizens who refrain from doing so are secretly blacklisted by the U.S. Federal Government, which utilizes the Intelligence community to keep track of these people.
Virtually every facet of American society has been indoctrinated in this way.
So when the U.S. media tells us that certain events are true, we have been conditioned to believe them; even if these events are fabricated.
Moreover, when a prestigious university within the United States supports the allegations of a person or group who have claimed to have created new and revolutionary technology, the response by most Americans is to embrace the claims being made, rather than to question the ethical or legal concerns that such technology may represent to the American people.
However, such blind acceptance is now being challenged since the advent of the Internet as a public medium; the final frontier for freedom of speech, and one which is in serious jeopardy of being either shut down, or completely restructured in order to destroy the individual citizen's right to freedom of expression.
If this occurs, the Internet may survive, but only as another venue for the New World Order's propaganda.
For example, Farwell brain fingerprinting technology has been dubbed as the new lie detector, being portrayed by its creator, as a far superior technology than the flawed polygraph used by federal, state and local police agencies for many decades.
However, Farwell technology is not without its problems। Moreover, this brain scanning technology is conducted through wired means, in that a person who consents to having their brain scanned, must have a set of electrodes placed on their head so that this brain scanning can be accomplished.
From the testimony of John St. Clair Akwei in his 1992 lawsuit against the National Security Agency, Akwei has described a technology like that of Farwell's Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI).
However, Akwei's description of the NSA's brain scanning technology is far more sophisticated than that of Farwell's own technology (which is said to be state of the art), and at least thirty to forty years older than Farwell's technology.
And while Akwei refers to this technology as remote neural monitoring of the brain, he has claimed that the NSA invented the technology as part of its domestic surveillance program in the United States, and that the technology evolved from the CIA's MKULTRA mind control research from the 1950's.
Akwei has also stated that the NSA is authorized to spy on any American citizen by way of presidential executive order. One might conclude that the executive order which authorizes the NSA to spy this way might be that signed by Ronald Reagan in 1981 (EO 12333), which empowered the Intelligence community with precedent setting authority and means in which to spy domestically.
However, the NSA is prohibited from spying domestically by its own charter, which means that any Executive Order which allows the NSA to spy domestically is contrary to the NSA's charter, in addition to the U.S. Bill of Rights.
Americans can also conclude that if John Akwei is correct about the NSA's domestic satellite surveillance, and the agency's utilization of a domestic spy network which he has referred to as the NSA's Signals Intelligence EMF Scanning Network, that the American people are the unwitting subjects of a domestic spy program which has been used to secretly brand them through a national brain fingerprinting program.
After World War II, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization was created. NATO would come to include most of the industrialized nations of the world. And in the modern day, there are literally thousands of people from each NATO country who are reporting that they are the subjects of non consensual human experimentation, which involves mind control, as well as the vigilante hate crime organized stalking.
They are also the subjects of vicious smear campaigns, and targeted for furtive murder attempts through psychological warfare programs that are designed in which to create so much misery in their lives, that they are forced to commit suicide.
However, most of the targets of this conspiracy remain alive in spite of the vicious tactics used to attack them, which is forcing those who perpetrate these crimes to find more aggressive ways in which to provoke them, so that they can be declared mentally incompetent, institutionalized, and furtively murdered while in captivity.
The fact that these citizens all reside in NATO countries cannot be ignored, since there is a formal yet secretive extermination program which is being used against these citizens, who've dubbed themselves targeted individuals (TI for short).
The following hypothesis cannot be proven, however, it may offer a plausible explanation for how our governments have been able to secretly brain fingerprint us.
One of the most significant concerns of the human population in the modern day is the fear that their governments will mandate that each citizen is forced to undergo the electronic implantation of an RFID tracking chip in their person.
Several organizations have been created to notify the general population of this, and a number of well researched books have been written on the topic of RFID.
The general consensus is that the citizenry of NATO countries do not want to be implanted with an RFID tracking chip.
However, what if the RFID controversy is a smokescreen to cover up the fact that the citizens of these NATO countries were implanted with RFID tracking chips after World War II.
In other words, what if infants were implanted with RFID chips while still in the hospital? What if American baby boomers were all implanted with RFID chips that would later allow the government to remotely track us, while establishing more sophisticated methods of electronically reading and manipulating our thoughts?
Like Farwell brain fingerprinting technology, Americans have been told that RFID is a relatively new technology. However, what if RFID has been used by the Intelligence community decades before the public was told about this technology?
There's no doubt that the remote neural monitoring technology that John St. Clair Akwei has spoken about in his lawsuit against the NSA, is a more advanced form of the fMRI brain fingerprinting technology than Farwell is using in the modern day, which unlike Farwell's technology, is deployed wirelessly and through the electromagnetic spectrum.
So if the federal government in the United States has had access to a more advanced form of fMRI technology since the midst of the 20Th Century, perhaps the government has also had access to a more advanced form of RFID tracking chips since that time.
Virtually all of the people who were middle aged by the mid 20Th Century have since passed away, however, those who were children or young adults at the time could have been implanted with RFID chips post World War II, through vaccines and other forms of inoculation. Others could have been implanted with RFID chips during surgical procedures.
So is the RFID chip issue in the modern day redundant, and simply being used as a means for profit and fear mongering?
And more importantly, is the U.S. population, and for that matter the populations of all NATO countries, already implanted with RFID tracking chips, which would have enabled the Intelligentsia to instantly track any citizen, while establishing a way in which to extract further information in regard to the EMF frequencies emanating from our own brains.
Specifically, the unique bioelectric resonance/entrainment frequencies of each citizen's brain, which can then be used as a more advanced form of tracking each citizen. Moreover, once this set of brain frequencies is catalogued by the NSA, it may well have made the implanted RFID chip unnecessary.
While the aforementioned is strictly speculation, the fact is that citizens from all NATO countries have reported being remotely brain scanned and used for non consensual human experimentation.
Many have also described that both their thoughts and behavior have been altered as the result of being targeted by this covert mind influencing technology. They also report being subjected to psychological warfare operations which include organized stalking, as well as being targeted by way of directed energy weapons' attacks.
Given the significant number of people who report being subjected to such attacks, one must logically conclude that the governments of countries which belong to NATO have created an artificial means in which to track each citizen.
And based on what John St. Clair Akwei has described in his lawsuit against the NSA, regarding the NSA's Signals Intelligence EMF Scanning Network, which Akwei has stated is used to track the unique set of bioelectric resonance/entrainment frequencies of the brain, we must conclude that if the NSA has been able to collect and catalogue these frequencies, that they must have had a means in which to locate each American citizen in order to do so.
Therefore, it is logical to conclude that the NSA must have been using some form of RFID tracking technology prior to the development of its Signals Intelligence EMF Scanning Network, in order to remotely home in on each U.S. citizen, to extract and catalogue the bioelectric resonance/entrainment frequencies that John Akwei has referenced in his lawsuit.
The bioelectric resonance/entrainment frequencies which emanate from each person's brain, and that Akwei has stated the NSA has used its Signals Intelligence EMF Scanning Network, to catalogue for the purpose of remotely tracking any American citizen.
And the fact that the intelligence communities in NATO countries are attempting to murder those of us who understand this, only serves as further evidence that the governments of NATO member countries are concealing this technology from the citizenry, because the technology has been used to catalogue us as part of an agenda to create a global dictatorship.
If we are not implanted with tracking chips, what other types of means could the NSA be using to remotely track us?
According to NSA whistle blower John St. Clair Akwei, the NSA's uses electroencephalography to remotely scan the brains of American citizens. The NSA must also use squid technology (super conducting quantum interference devices) in incorporated into its signals intelligence satellites in order to track the minute EEG fields given off by the human brain.
In understanding this, one must wonder if the NSA obtains the unique EEG pattern of each person's brain by taking an EEG of an infant when they are born, and then cataloguing it into the Agency's database, so that as that child grows into adulthood, they can be instantly monitored by the NSA's Signals Intelligence EMF Scanning Network.
This would preclude the need to actually implant every newborn with an RFID tracking chip. Of course this is also speculation, however, there must be some method which the NSA uses in order to be able to instantly identify and track each American citizen, and the ones discussed in this article are as plausible as any.
U.S. Intelligence Continues To Use Directed Energy Weapons On This Author & Other Members Of My Family
Editor's Note: Yesterday afternoon, only two weeks after another Family member had passed out while at a Family gathering and been rushed to the hospital, yet another Family member who had been fine, suddenly became ill and had to be rushed to the hospital.
This Family member is now being evaluated for a possible stroke. However, the episode may very well have been caused by way of a directed energy weapon which was used to target this person's brain, artificially causing symptoms which mimicked a stroke.
The episode may also have been used to terrify this Family member into further compliance with the FBI/NSA attack on this author, whom the Intel community is going to great lengths to demonize, in efforts to conceal the crimes which they continue to perpetrate against my person and myriad other targets of this classified electronic warfare technology.
For many years now, this author has written about the Intelligence community's use of my person as a target of non consensual human experimentation, and as a result of this covert technology, also found it necessary to document situations regarding other Family members who have been unwittingly targeted by the technology - a few of whom have been taken to the hospital on more than one occasion over the past two decades.
A directed energy weapon can be used to remotely target any portion of the human brain and manipulate that part of the brain by way of remote means.
There is no doubt that the use of these weapons is done with the intent of terrifying these Family members into compliance with the dictates of those agents who are furtively perpetrating their crimes against this author.
Most targets of such non consensual human experimentation have described their own families being terrorized into concealing the crimes that government agencies are perpetrating against them.
As such, and given the criminal conspiracy which the FBI and NSA continue to perpetrate against this author, I will continue to document these situations in an effort to prevent those Family members whom the Intel community illegally and furtively targets in such ways, from being furtively murdered through its use of this electronic warfare technology.
